Connecting real estate education with the wider entrepreneurial community
LMG joined Startup OLÉ Marbella on 17 and 18 June 2026 to present three initiatives focused on professional development and collaboration: Independent Associate Agents, LM Group Academy and the Sales Bootcamp.
The event brought entrepreneurs, investors and other professionals together at Marbella’s Palacio de Congresos. For our team, it was an opportunity to introduce the projects to a wider audience and discuss where education and business meet.
Three initiatives with different roles
Independent Associate Agents, or IAA, is an international community connecting real estate professionals. Its focus is collaboration and the relationships that help professionals work across markets.
LM Group Academy provides practical learning and resources for people developing a career in the Costa del Sol property sector.
The Sales Bootcamp, developed with Colegio Alborán, brings that learning into a structured programme with practical exercises and industry input.
Marina Nitzak on education and innovation
Our founder, Marina Nitzak, contributed to panel discussions on education, personal branding, AI and innovation. These subjects connect directly with the skills property professionals need to develop as their work changes.
Continuing the conversations
We thank the organisers and everyone who took the time to meet our team. The two days gave us new connections and conversations to continue as we develop the projects.
